I live in Arizona so Bonnie Kruger was actually the agent selected by my mother (LaDonna Boettcher) for the sale of her home. This was done based on the recommendation of her friend. Bonnie proved to be absolutely wonderful! She was knowledgeable, energetic, positive and sensitive to our needs and requests. Best of all, she was able to sell the house within a week of my arrival!!! She expedited all aspects of this sale so when I had to return to Arizona four weeks later; all paper work was completed and signed. She brought us lunch and a housewarming gift on moving day, then personally delivered the proceeds from the sale and drove my mother to the bank to deposit the check.
